At this time, I am working out 3-4 days a week. I am also running and doing lots of HIIT cardio to help shave some fat off of my body! I workout at crossfit which includes using the whole body in all different movements. You are working your muscles as well as cardio. I am also bike riding and swimming which are both less strenuous than running.


Stick with me as I take a ride on this journey of staying healthy and in shape while teaching, which is no easy task!
